Service Description

Are you looking for a memorable educational experience for your students?

I offer a fully-contained live bee demonstration, complete with beesuits, bee tools and a beehive. You can expect an exciting hands-on experience as students observe bees up close, try on beesuits, and even handle a real-life beehive.

If the students are studying bees, I can provide a tailored talk on a variety of bee-related topics such as pollination, insect biology, life cycles, honey, pesticides, horticulture, and queen rearing.

The session begins with a general talk, followed by the class being divided into three groups. Each group will rotate through three stations: trying on beesuits, attempting to put a hive together, and observing the bees up close.

Finally, we will gather to answer any remaining bee-related questions. These activities are appropriate for students of all ages, from kindergarten to high school.

30 children (max)

Discounts apply for multiple sessions booked for the same day (each additional session + $150)

  • Additional Session (Session 2) (60 kids total) + 1 hr

  • Additional Session (Session 3) (90 kids total) + 1 hr
